Hello everybody . been busy for a few days just now catching up on the last few days. Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and a lot of great food !!!

Wife fixed a great dinner for Thanksgiving and I just finished off the turkey Had enough turkey for a while.

At the risk of opening the gates of Lease Hater Hell, is Trans Am a relatively good place to start a lease? I keep getting emails from them and I don't believe everything a recruiter tells me. Here are some other "I" facts about my query:

I know they have lease options;
I know how to run a business;
I am not into this for the long haul;
I do not want to own a truck;
I know how to keep the left door closed;
I like the equipment I see, and;
I understand the limitations.

So if you want, tell me what and how your experience has been.

 

Spent the day at the J in Sullivan MO. Left Mt Vernon at midnight for Haubstadt IN, got there before 2am swapped with Ryan, another company driver, and headed our opposite directions on I 64. Got tired so pulled up at 7am and shut er down. My load is going to Dollar General in Ardmore OK and due at 11pm tomorrow night. Will take off before midnight and start knocking out the 530 miles I got left. Could stop for a nap if I get tired, and will drop early. Love these drop and hooks! Temperature is dropping quickly. Will be in the 20's. Gotta put long pants back on, darn! Fun while it lasted. Hopefully all the holiday travelers are back home when I hit the road. Getting somewhat used to running nights.

 

Oh boo hoo!!! Three different houses I've been to during this holiday and not a one of them has had a pumpkin pie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

There are no extras with this lease program. No detention, no layover. Denali dad you are experienced so you know what you are getting into. I recommend against leasing to new drivers, too much to learn and all mistakes paid by driver. Good luck

In Milldale, Ct. About to do 3 deliveries overnight. Next preplan not so good but I will call in morning to find out for sure
