if you read the thread your comment about money management issues has nothing to do with the topic, nor my point. The topic is crst Malone, the point is they do not follow through with what the offer or how they operate.

well you said they provided you with advances for fuel to get you started....look I believe they took it to you long, hard & deep..but you did sign up for it...A piece of crap wrapped up in a shinny wrapper to look good,is still a piece of crap, albeit a pretty one.I'm sure everything they did to you was written out in contract..But you said, they made it sound good...Never believe anything the company says and only half of what you read..

Who expects a truck to come with a tank of fuel in it? I just picked up a "new to me used" truck and it was on fumes rolling off the lot.I stopped about 1/4 mile from the dealer and put 50 gallons in just to take it to get dyno'ed and DOT inspected. Whether you lease it or buy it, it's your truck and responsibility. Expecting a tank of fuel when you get the truck is unreasonable. Sure it would be nice, but not something I would expect.

Not a tank of fuel but a little fuel would have been good business. Rolling on fumes is bad, thousands of dollars of problems can come from running a truck out of fuel.

You had no otr exp not any knowledge of trucking other then the oil fields so why did you jump right into the l/p program without testing the waters first?

Sad that people fall for this gimmick...I once overheard a CRST l/p driver begging for fuel in Virginia...he was using a stick to measure how much he had...thought the guy was going to have a nervous breakdown on the fuel island.

Ive had plenty of driving experience, and trucking experience.. I've been driving one for 10 yrs. I jumped in to crst because they take care of all the paper side of the trucking- permits, insurance, and payroll, and financing. The job wasn't anything different then what I've done for years, what the difference was was the chaotic-self destructing operation they have going- hence the thread to keep other people aware .
