Got a message saying my student isn't ready. So no student. Fine by me slept the best I have since I have been out this time. So maybe no more training. 4.5 hours to drive then nothing till the 26th. Out of hours anyway.

I'm afraid Panhandle's misfortune with the truck stop was partially my fault. I checked it out also and it looked good online. They said nothing about closing for Christmas Eve and Christmas. It would have been nice if they had put that information online for the drivers
. That truck stop will be going on the Queen's naughty list!
Time for bed around here .....Wouldn't want Santa to skip over my house because we were still awake!

It's been a busy and good day around here. Santa didn't skip over our house and maybe managed to surprise the King. He knew that Number Two Daughter was getting a crossbow to hunt with ......what he didn't know is that he was getting one also! They spent the day messing with the scopes and all of that stuff.....and have already lost some of their arrows.
I know it can seem especially lonely to be out working on Christmas.....Know that there are people that care about you and that you have been in everyone's thoughts and prayers this day... and everyday.dennisroc, jungHo and gntorres61 Thank this. -

NV was interesting I didnt get going until 9 am let the salt trucks do their job
by the time I got to Winnemucca sun was out and made it over Donner
now to twiddle my thumbs until 11am PST for delivery
Trader Joes wont even let you thru the gate until 30 minutes before your appointment
being anally early to everything Trader Joes and I dont work well together
We got some new guy starting next month we will let him have these babysit loads
while the real truck drivers go make money
