My gut is very cheese tolerant. I'm just glad Denny's took over J's restaurants, cause the Country Market was kryptonite to my alimentary canal.

 

Chalk up another chicken fried steak fanatic here. I'm also a huge fan of Denny's soup specials at the Flying J's. I've been sitting on my butt at home for 7 months now injured and it's gotten to the point that I find myself seriously jonesing for Denny's loaded baked potato soup. Come to think of it, after almost 8 years on the road and only being home 8 days or so a month, I really MISS truck stop food.

 

Pinball machines (when they actually work right)..

 

Any Bob Evans. Best cfs anywhere with tasty rolls/butter! Good coffee too.

i know, right. i have been driving solo for 10 months and i have yet to have a lizard knock on my door. had a young girl once ask for change when i was walking out the ta in demark tn, but that is it. she didn't follow me. of course, i do look like a bad ### gang banger flatbed driver.

 

Kwik Trip has a barbuque sandwich, 2 or 3 get a kwik trip to my truck when I stop. AND you get a free coffee or soda when buying fuel

Oh come now, Shirley you jest! Stockton is SUCH a refined town! I can't believe they have lot lizzards there! And particularly in that neighborhood. I'm sure it is just the ladies that work at the McDonalds on the other side of the freeway, that got lost on their way to or from work. . .
