There is an app, named ONP, I think- means "Over Night Parking" and it shows you where all the Wal-Marts are and whether they allow you to park overnite

Crete delivers up there with Walmart trailers, us Cretins can spend the night in the back.

In August that front lot was packed full of cars. I see why they don't want trucks or campers in it. There's no room,

At least they built a Pilot up the road.

Really now. ONLY A BUNCH OF TRUCKERS could debate what the sign saying "No Overnight Truck Parking," means!:biggrin_2559:

You guys think it's tough out there now, just wait a few years. All the TRUCK STOPS will have those "No Overnight Truck Parking" signs! "Stop here and fuel, take a shower, get a meal, buy some crap in our store, then BE ON YOUR WAY!":biggrin_25525:

If I absolutely couldn't go anywhere else, can't imagine how that could happen though, I'd park in their dock(if not theirs, someone in the immediate vicinity, I wasn't picky when I needed to park)...They can wake me in the morning if they need it...

Amen to that! When I was pulling ref. grocery. One of our stops was no delivery before 9 a.m. and none on the weekends.
Some Senators daughter lived right behind the store...

They must have put those signs up after I sat the for 34 hours while Red River Supply was shooting fireballs 300 feet in the sky. My delivery was a block south of the fire.

I use Google satellite every time to check out the best way in and out. A lot of Wal-Marts are different layouts. I do the same for shippers and receivers I have not been to yet.

I stop at walmarts a lot to shop. BUT, Walmart is not a truck stop. I wish some truckers would get that into their head before WE won't even be able to shop there.

Oh, I did sleep at the Dickonson, ND Walmart once. I just stopped to pick up some things before parking g at the receiver. I saw a bunch of other trucks there so I said fuq it and shut down for the night.

I took a mid day nap the the Fergus Falls, MN, walmart, before shopping, but I never spent the night there. Although it does appear they allow overnight parking there

I know in going to be labeled a Dyck for this but.......

Why are all of you guys RELYING on a gosh darn store for your parking needs?

ITS TACKY,You look like a homeless person to the general public, And it shows you have "nowhere else to go" to many folks.....

Find a truckstiop, Lease some Space like I do, or Take it home or to your terminal..

Im Sorry, I love Trucking ,I love trucks and what we all do everyday, But It Looks HORRIBLE seeing clumsy 53' trailers sitting abreast in a shopping center..And that doesn't include the slobs that litter.

This has gotten outta control,You cant go 10 miles these days without seeing a 'tractor-trailer sitting somewhere......Again I Love you guys and As a driver of 25 years..I cant stand seeing Trucks parked all over the place

    I just sing to them:

Well I got my home in my hand - travelin' across the land,
Tryin' to earn a living, givin' everything I can.
