What Kind Drug Testing Does E w Wylie Give Now?

Lets see cigs give you cancer and can kill you.. plus has added chemicals and nicotine which is addictive.. (aka a drug)
Alcohol can kill you if you overdose and screws up the liver.

What IS ridiculous is those DRUGS that can kill you being legal and marijuana isn't.
If you are gonna make marijuana illegal (due to "dangers") BAN alcohol and cigarettes also. The whole system is a fraud..... sham.. one big joke!

Even if you would ban all that it won't really stop anything though just will give more work to the drug dealers lol.
People are still doing all those illegal drugs now anyway.. the law hasn't changed anything besides promote crime and drug dealing.

While we're at it Caffeine is an addictive drug as well that does harm... hey if you have too much you can have a heart attack also! we should ban that too lol

Well, as a former employee of this company, I can tell you accurately from my own experience.

I can tell you that they give a DOT physical. Shortly before urinating in the cup, they repeatedly punch you in the testicles and then proceed to water board you. After giving you hundreds of paper cuts all over your fingers, they punch you in the stomach as hard as they can. If you piss blood, they use this blood to take an accurate sample of drugs currently in your bloodstream. If you test positive for weed only, you get the job because weed's legal in Colorado and Washington and it's just weed, it's not like it's crack or heroin so you're good.

 

I am thinking that there will be a push for hair testing in the near future thanks to the legalization of cannabis, which will be no surprised to any of us. I also think that there may be a drastic change in how the cdls will be revoked when a positive (or refusal) comes up because of the problems drugs has with these do gooder bureaucrats and the safety lobbyists.

Overall it may be welcomed by those who don't use drugs because it may clean up the industry and push up wages because may become be more or less a driver's market for employment again.

 

Just don't look for any job that requires you to pass a drug test.

Lol. I get a kick out of these threads. Reminds me of a story that my GF told me (she was a public defender). She had a client on probation that attempted to pass a court mandated urine test with a fake **** w/ bladder. The guy was too cheap to buy his own, so he got the bright idea to borrow a buddies. This might have worked...if they had the same skin color. A white guy whipping out a big ole' black rubber **** in an attempt to pass a urine test.....LOL.

 

Hey, that's cool. I respect your opinion. But I just think ALL testing should always be conducted with safety concerns in mind. I just don't see how a guy that smoked a joint 90 days ago is any more dangerous TODAY, than a guy that didn't smoke a bone 90 days ago.

Thats why I see no reason for hair. The urine test will catch that guy.

 

I totally get the hair test. The hair test is a deterrent to weed out long-term illegal drug users. You know...the kind of genius that makes the brilliant decision to work in an industry when their primary concern is not: Will I like the job? Will the company be a good fit? etc., but will I be able to pass the drug test. I've got to wonder how many guys are rolling down the highway either blitzed out of their gourd or just coming off a weekend bender, because...you know...they're not high at the moment...the high wore off 12 hours ago, lol.

Just hearing that a company does a hair test is going to keep many people like that from even applying. Any pothead or other recreational drug user could go without using for 30 days just to pass a urine test. That same person is most likely NOT going to have the focus to go without for 90 days.
