It preety easy to compare...cpm, flatbed driver make .48+ all miles at TMC. Thats what the average % works out to.

Why would you ever run /mile at TMC. Go the % route and your /mile pay will be a lot more.

Richter is right. You may think mileage pays better cause you don't get paid for small bounces and such under 150, but the pay of the loads heavily outweighs the lost empty miles.

Who did you go with? I am considering jumping back into trucking. Looking at flatbed. Debating TMC and Maverick ONLY. No others. Did my research also.

It sort of seems, at least to me, that Maverick might take better care of people and respct you a bit more. No I have nothing to go on other than feeds I have read. That being said it does also seem like TMC would pay better, again nothing to go on other than feeds from people posting things. So I guess better company, or "maybe" more BS but better pay? Maybe older trucks from TMC also.

Let me know. I am in Indiana also. Indianapolis area. Again who knows maybe they would not even have me?

    Thanks
