One my way back here a few days ago I-80 in Wy. We were having 45-55 MPH sustained winds with gusts up to 70 MPH. Also it was 10 degrees outside, Just another fun day in trucking. =) Driving in that even fully grossed out makes ur bum pucker.

 

I think I may stay in Green Bay tonight

 

Will be arriving at the Atlanta OC at some point during vampire hours.

 

That's too bad. I hate that place!!!!

 

Gadsden, AL petro exit 181 I-59....This place is creepy!!! Headed to Pittston, Pa.. Got suckerd and took a good load from Hattiesburg, Ms. Book a load out of Pittson headed back down to York. I'm going to work up til 22nd then im going to take 2 weeks off to see how things play out. Wife Bday is 29th, might take here to Miami Beach or somewhere warm besides the bedroom.

 

Shut down at the Iowa welcome center on I-80 WB. I wasn't liking that weather. Glad I didn't need to use I-35 - IA 511 says it's closed north of Ames.

 

It indeed is closed due to blizzard conditions in that part of our state. The weather was the lead story on the local news tonight.
