    Hi this is Leo

i have 2000 379 Peterbilt with a C12 . Every once in a while, the truck suddenly dies, and I keep trying but It doesn't start unless I unplug the batteries for no more than two minutes and plug it back in and it starts right up. Any idea what the issue could be? Thanks

It sound like an ecm problem when you unplug batts it resets. Have you checked the batteries to see if you have a bad one?

Sorry for the late reply I'm sure the dealer or cat house could run diagnostics on the ecm to make sure it's working properly. How did the batteries check out? Any loose grounds or connections?
