Im in contact with a recruiter in Windom, and am scheduled to begin OTR hauling cleaning supplies with a Trainer. He has almost a million and a half miles OTR. Im currently waiting on TSA fingerprinting to send me back my paperwork for HAZMAT so I can get the endorsement on my license. Soon as I get that its time to resign from my Lower income wage City job. Pretty sad when Minimum wage starts to catch up with your current wage of almost 12 years. Had a 1 % increase 5 years ago. Otherwise McDonalds would be competitive.
Whats kept me with the city for so long is that Albuquerque has the 2nd best medical plan in America. Every time I started looking somewhere else It was the medical plan that made me change my mind. Since the Incredible increase in service costs now, The medical costs of all plans seem to be equalizing. (Expensive) Thanks ObamaCare. -
Any new info on them? Did you get out there?

If you get on the reefer side of Fortune I'm sure you would be hauling a lot of cheese into Wisconsin for Tombstone Pizza and Palermo's Pizza. The old Leprino Trucking Company use to do that, also there was a post about another driver from Fortune on here and that was about all he did was hauling cheese to Wisconsin and then p/u frozen and out to Denver then to Roswell...

Any word on whether or not they drive auto or manual tranny? We saw one of their trucks today at the truck stop and are curious. Their number unfortunately didn't work for some reason

Would be interested in more info about this carrier... A friend of mine is checking into them so I told him I would check it out a bit here.
Mostly Midwest/Great Plains area.
Mostly beer and cheese right?
Seem like some good benefits.
Not sure on the pay/miles.
Any input? -
i've hauled a lot of cheese out of Leprino in Roswell. and talked to Fortune drivers from time to time. They seemed to be happy there. Based on that, seems like a decent place to start
