Fan- fan clutch needs air to disengage, so if you have an air leak or a bad cylonid your fan would stay on.
Or it could be possible your engine is running hot and you don't know it because your temp gage is malfunctioning
Temp gage- gage may be bad or loose wire somewhere.

Parking light issue- is an electrical problem obviously. Could be a bad head light/marker light switch, or a wiring problem.

Hope this helps- but without seeing the tuck it is hard o diagnose

#1/#2/#3 all related to bad engine temperature sensor/sensor connector/wiring issue.Rear, upper passenger side of engine.Screws into cylinder head.In your power panel, behind center dash panel, you are going to have a marker light relay that is green and corroded. If you have not,you should pull each relay and replace as needed. You will have more than one that is corroded.Good luck.

check right side harness coming out of ECM.Wires from connector to about 10 inches out tend to rub and wear insulation.Probably will have to cut open harness loom to check.Good luck.P.S. don't forget to check every relay for corrosion. You will have more than one.
