stuck at a scale over weight

    is there enough room in the scale.......shift it back, pick up a little speed and slam the brakes on......then play with moving the

    We should probably find out what they are hauling. I've done the brake slamming with a dump trailer, but with a van or reefer, IDK. Looks like it's finger print time.

    Well he said it shifted....you can shift back.......1000 lbs over should be easy to rectify if he was legal in AZ.

    What state are you in? 1,000 lbs is kind of petty. NY and PA don't even bother with you until you're 3% - 4% over.

    I would tell the shipper/broker I am breaking the seal to redistribute the weight and see what they say. Company driver should just tell dispatch.
