Who told you that the HOS rules do not apply. They certainly do theres a whole section devoted to ag service. Better read up. There are qualifing situations for ag, and 100 mile radius. And by the way 100 mile radius does not mean not keeping track, it just means not logged perse. There are requirements better know them.
