Maverick Temp or Averitt?

    Just left ATS/Brewton... trying to decide whether to go with Maverick Temp or Averitt. Picking those two companies because I have pretty bad arthritis in my left knee and just can't clutch with it anymore so I need to go auto on my truck now...Unfortunately.

    I can't say anything good or bad about Averitt since I've not worked for them, but Maverick is decent. I haul glass for them, so I can't speak for the Temp side, but the company seems to want to do right by drivers. I started at 40c/mi three years ago and now i'm at 55c/mi with my bonus included. I like the automatic, actually. I have knee issues too and that's part of the reason I chose Maverick. That, and it seemed like all the other recruiters who came to my school weren't completely honest and the Mav recruiter was.
