Least swift is good at paying damages .. Almost too good I had a buddy who was backing in next to a couple of spotted trailers at a customer in the dark his door unlatched and scratched a swift trailer ... So doing the right thing he called them and they asked how much damage he told them maybe a thousand or two and gave them his info .. A few weeks later he received s cheque for 2000 from them so he called them up and explained he hit their trailer and sent cheque back... A month later he receives a cheque for 3000 .. He got mad and cashed it this was 6 or 7 years ago nothing ever came of it lol

 

I was hit by a rookie Stevens driver while parked. They paid for repairs plus down time. I wasn't happy about getting hit but I thought they treated me right.

if there wasn't a police report it shouldn't show on your driving record at all but you might want to pull a copy of your DAC report in a month or so and see what it says.
