Taxes done, not as bad as I thought....

In the 10 months of 2014 I was on Choice I made $157k to the truck. After $56k in fuel, $38k in truck payments, and around $10k in other expenses I made before taxes $57k. So $5700 a month average would have given me $68,400 for a 12 month period. And I spent the first four months I was on Choice living in California.

I average around 2500 miles a week at an average of $1.68 per mile while running in the NE. I usually bring home around $2000 a week.

    Hope this helps....

Yeah I did see one going to somewhere in Utah for like a $1.70. Didn't look at the details though.

It's a fixed cost and part of the lease payment. As long as you don't exceed it your good.

Good job, great info! ... Just curious, how often do you get home? Did you take any vacation time? I'm guessing when you moved from Cali you probably took some time off.

My time at home varies. I can usually work a 4 day week, take 5-6 days off and then work a 7-8 day week, take some days off, rinse and repeat.

However, I just worked for 28 straight days because I visited family in both AR and FL. And I was sick of the cold and the snow!

I took three weeks off over Christmas and New Years. I had saved up my truck payments to cover the time off.

Time off is really up to the individual, just like how hard you work, how much you work, how much you make, etc etc etc....It's your Choice, as they like to say on here!
