Yea just find some sleezy lawyer that wants to take his cut. Or forget about it and look around for another trucking outfit. There's a guy on here that can give you a bunch of names of companies that will give you a shot. (I think he goes the name "Chinatown") This country would benefit greatly if everyone wasn't so quick to file Lawsuits.

 

I'm not understanding why you waited to follow up with an assault charge.? Yes quite often both parties are termed in a physical altercation but you need to stand up for yourself against USA and the other party.

Milkman I don't go for frivolous lawsuits but this may not be that way if he's telling the whole story. The country would also benefit greatly if some people were beaten to a pulp or eliminated completely who deserve it.

 

You wrote that the other employee was angry about getting an auto shift and with absolutely no comment or other interjection from you he turned to you and punched you twice?

 

That must of been one terrible shifting Peterbilt if that guy was mad enough to fight a random stranger because of it.
