Good barbecue truck stops/truck friendly.

On 301 in Wilson NC. Parkers BBQ. Not a t/s, but has truck parking. Best eastern nc style bbq (which is the best IMO). Soulmans & Nicks were good, too. Must've been fresh that day.

 

Yuma AZ..park in that old truck stop..back of lot across street is a great bar b que place....had a sampler plate..came out on two plates you get so much..

 

A place I happened upon a couple nights ago had some brisket that is worth killing a man for.

A little city called Ash Fork in AZ, it's exit 146 on 40. Restaurant is called Lu Lu Belle's. There's a dirt lot right across from it that you can parking overnight in.

 

If its the place I'm thinking of, it was terrrrrible, been a few years so not sure it's the place you're asking about

yea, the review online are hit and miss also. but they been in business for over 100 years... and place look like it was remodel in the 60's..and seem to do a good lunch time business...big parking lot in back but trying to get in their with a semi doesn't look good.. better off parking at the j and use the golf cart they leave the key in it... https://www.google.com/webhp?source...a&lrd=0x889292d125d87c77:0xa32c1b3214b40860,1

Yep the place is pretty good. But tri tip is not BBQ, it's grilled roast. If you try to BBQ tri tip, you ruin it.

 

so many BBQ shacks so little time...
