    You have a high dollar investment in that truck. You should be checking fluid levels at least every time you fuel if not every day as part of a pre trip. I always carry an extra gallon of oil and coolant. A lot of power steering units use regular motor oil. Find out if yours does and if not carry whatever kind you need with you too. Needing any of these when sitting on the side of the road is not fun.
