I don't mean to sound harsh.......but you had 3. Regardless of contesting one......you have 3 documented. Werner was letting you run with 3 accidents. That's pretty forgiving in my mind.
The you buy into what a head hunter told you.
Then you dump Werner.
Then you are surprised that you are out in the cold.
I have seen prettier train wrecks.

How was the 3rd one falsely charged/reported? That's the one I don't understand. Obviously somebody saw you hit something and called it in. Are you saying the park trucks ran into YOU??
You are going to have to explain that one better. Personally I'm not buying what your sellingjoseph1135, truckon, 77smartin and 5 others Thank this. -
dented fairing...stuck in mud...one more alleged preventable...they kept you employed and you shoulda stayed. Personal responsibility.
drvrtech77, Tonythetruckerdude, nshore harleyguy and 4 others Thank this. -
Is this a joke? You screwed up. Admit it and move on. It is not acceptable to hit things in your big truck ANYTIME. It is not acceptable to get so far stuck in the mud that it takes a derrick to get you out. How much do you think it cost your employer in a wrecker bill to fix that screwup?

What were you contesting and how were you contesting it? It doesn't sound like you had a leg to stand on. The chargeable accidents that you describe are all preventable.. You were probably into Werner's pocket for close to $8k or more.

You should try US Express, I've yet to see one of their trucks without a bent or missing fairing.
