The semi driver was cited? Should have locked them up and thrown the key away.
drvrtech77, KW Cajun, lmcclure1220 and 6 others Thank this. -
I saw this video on national news last night. How does this happen? My first reaction was to ask what was happening in the left lane to cause this driver to side swipe the vehicles on the shoulder, but if the truck driver was cited apparently he was at fault. This could have been much worse.

That might not have been accidental, given the hassle that Ohio gives to trucking companies...
-
That doesn't give you the right to hit a patrol car.LGarrison and drvrtech77 Thank this.

i guess whatever reason that cop pulled that person over was worth risking his life and hers? maybe a speeding ticket? a broken taillight?
no, no ticket is worth risking your life over yet cops still pull people over on the shoulder, why? for their convenience
so though the truck driver was at fault, the cop is the person who put himself and that 4wheeler in a precarious situation
i fault the cop first, then the truck driverwindsmith Thanks this. -
Cop was helping the driver who had a dead car battery. Maybe read before posting?Longarm, ShortBusKid, mike-v and 12 others Thank this.
