Interstate 24 Kentucky is shut down on both sides from mm50 to about mile marker 65. A couple of jack-knifed trucks have the road blocked ....they are having a couple of local farmers with their tractors help the highway department clear the road......not kidding, they really are. It has been backed up about 4 hours so far.
-
So far, it's been 6 hrs or so, and I've done @ 150 miles. 24 in KY is really sucking!!!!!
HometimeQueen and dennisroc Thank this. -
Don't know what I did to tick our queen off so bad but, she put her own husband in the middle of that crap, just to get me!!! And on top of that...... snow in Atlanta, oh come on!!!!
passport220, HometimeQueen and dennisroc Thank this. -
To bad you cannot remember what you did for that to happen.
On a side note expect heavier traffic on all northern routes, starting to see the seasonal exodus from Florida back to the northern states of campers and loaded 4 wheelers with northern state plates headed north.passport220 Thanks this. -
Seems too early for that foolishness.
-
Still waiting for that relay load to LA. 20 hours and counting. Probably here by 3pm local time. Uy vey.
-
Thats what I was thinking, guess they are thinking they will beat all the other traffic home, but forgetting to check the weather forcast to see what they are driving into. Heck even saw 1 NC plate loaded and heading that direction.passport220 Thanks this.
