    Is there such a thing as an independent recruiter in the trucking biz and if so, are they better than the CDL school who is telling me they'll help find me a job?

    Holy ####!!! I just got offered a job w/ a Houston based company that pays $25-30 hr, has benefits, home most nights and weekends! This certainly throws a curve ball into the mix.....

    I tried an unorthoxed method w/ my job hunt and it has yielded the best offers. I reverse posted on craigslist in the jobs offered thread stating my qualifications and what I was looking for. It removed the bottom feeders and targeted the jobs I was interested in. It cost me $25, but feel it was a good investment....
