You might have to hire on with a company that doesn't use DAC.. was the crash your fault ? Sounds like he didnt even hit you

it was a single vehicle accident neither vehicle touched I was considered a non contact vehicle and a contributing factor in report no tickets or citations issued there were injuries due to the other driver in hurry to work

I guess im out of touch with current events and this dac nonsense but the more I hear about it the more it doesn't even seem it should be legal. I know of a few good companies in my area that run tankers and aren't even familiar with it either. When did these employers start putting so much focus on a piece of paper that may or may not contain factual info and have the ability to scar someone's employment history without merit. To me it does not say much for the companies going off them and not sure I would want to work there anyways.
RetiredUSN, clausland and "semi" retired Thank this. -
the company I drove for was r dale waldrep trucking in cullman al I was driving a 379 peterbilt hauling a super hopper think I stand a chance know of any good lawyers in Alabama who could help me fight this I feel like im being discriminated against because im a trucker

My questions is - did your charge it to you as a preventable or non? did trooper tell you it was your fault? The company im with I had a preventable and a non-preventable and ticket
