    It will come back in an hour or so. Used it yesterday to document I was stopped for a school bus when a car hit my pick-up several weeeks ago.

    Most I have seen charge $10 and a majority of police departments are outsourcing stuff like this to these sites. I think you can technically go down to the police dept and get it for free but if you need it sent to you, etc....it'll cost you. At least it isn't too bad, annoying yes, but not the end of the world.

    My state police, the reports are free. (I know, I had a bike wreck)

    many city/towns here charge a dollar for a photo copy of the report.

    I can see the benefit of this particular service company, if one is indeed from another state in which the accident took place. But however, I'd like not one person to be squeezed for money either. I'd be interested in knowing if they are a member of the BBB, etc.
