I have never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes at the most to talk with someone. The only times I have to call is when a load cancels and I need to stick a new one in the empty slot. I have to do this maybe once every two weeks. Also, when they pull the loads off me so I can book the filler load, they "hold" the loads I already had booked for me. My ICR told me that if someone tries to book it while we are fixing my line up, she would pull it from them immediately so I could keep it. Never had a problem with the process yet, although, I have strongly suggested that it would be easier for everyone involved that the computer system should be modified to allow drivers to fill an empty time frame with a load with out needing to call in and have the loads already booked removed and rebooked. If the system can calculate whether or not we can book a load by looking at what we already have booked, it should and could be able to see an empty time frame we could fill with work. But, like I said, I have managed to work the system as it is with no real issues.

On the company side they have to rip everything off you to "fix" issues with earlier loads. But we're only planned out 15 minutes ahead so it's not an issue.mickeyrat, mickimause and dtcscout Thank this.

Dont mean to jack this thread but after reading all of your guys choice threads etc over the course of the past 2 years I've decided to make the leap. So Ill be going up to Green Bay on April 20th for orientation. And hopefully be able to share the same success and some stories as well.

My "people" are in Green Bay. I try to call in the late morning. I never deal with support shaft, unless it's an emergency, like I rolled the truck and I'm not going to make delivery on time.

The sunroof situation has surpassed a "leak" and has now reached "commercial ceiling high-pressure sprinkler system" status. Here's to hoping it stops raining while I'm stopped tonight otherwise I might need to use my little wet/dry vac to suck the water out of my cab tomorrow LOL.

My friend has the exact same truck as you have. He had a leaky sunroof and said he fixed it by opening it and repositioning the rubber seal. He told me because I told him about your situation and he laughed and said nothing new. Worth a shot.
