I was not being disrespectful. Atleast not with intent. A master's in business administration helps prepare a vp of operations do their job. A recruiter? Not so much.

 

I think it's safe to say that it's an assumption to think
that this thread has reached it's purpose. Whereas this
thread has a purpose, the full potential of said
purpose may not, as yet, have been totally/completely
realized.

I think it's safe to say that this quick-paced thread
has been educational and an eye opener, --- in several
ways. A rare opportunity and from an interesting
perspective.
If the subject of this thread don't give y'all sumthin'
to ponder whilst traversin' the highways and byways
all across the fruited plain, and through those purple
mountains majesty, from sea to shinin' sea, ----
well, ........ by golly, ........ I just don't know what to
think.

They buy used and a lot Volvos from big fleets are white, not sure, maybe cheapest paint option?
Volvo are one of the most comfortables and "car like" handling trucks.

 

Huge majority of European born drivers here NEVER drove a truck in Europe, they just found that in this profession they can make "good" money (relative meaning of "good")...
And not that hard work like roofing in Chicago summer, for example.

One gallon-0-base gloss white, --- hold the pigment.
Just a plain white wrapper probably saves a few bucks per
Big truck.
For a Big truck truckin' company with 7 to 10 thousand
Big trucks, maybe twice as many trailers, .... even the
savings from a five-bucks off each paint job discount
would be a comfortable weeks pay.

Now, when it comes to re-sale, a company's color(s) might
not match, or even clash with a buyer's trailer(s).
What color does white not blend well with?
