You should know better than to post off-topic!
Anyhow, your answer...
It was purely by accident/luck.
I heard they banned me last week.
Tried to log on, but it kept blocking me that night.
In a last ditch attempt, I reversed the wires/polarity on my modem...
and VOILA!! They didn't know forum software has such big flaws!
BTW, you're VERY lucky that wasn't a capital LOL.skellr Thanks this. -
I wore out my last pair of Redwing boots in about 3 years. I went to get another pair almost wrecked my Dodge trying to drive home in the new ones. Had absolutely no control over the clutch throttle and brakes. I'll have a take a week off from driving the big truck to break in my next pair when the time comes LOL.

Well if I said running shoes you'd all know it's BS, only time I'm running is after the ice cream truck.NavigatorWife, WitchingHour, dieselfuelonly and 2 others Thank this.

Whats wrong with fingerless gloves???
NavigatorWife Thanks this. -
Yeah... I was working a portable asphalt plant in Arriba, CO the last time I bought a pair of those... breaking them in was a period... not quite of pure hell, but not far from it. Once they got broken in, they were fine... it's just that, after wearing them in a shop, nobody believes me when I tell them they're actually brown boots.
By the way, I noticed your location.. I moved to CO from Garner in 2010... used to work for Lane Construction (although the subsidiary - Rea Contracting - is probably more familiar to you). If you remember how ###### that interchange from I40 to US1/US64 at exit 293 used to be, where you'd have to cut over two lanes almost immediately coming off of I40 to get onto US1/64 before they widened that... that's one of many projects in the area I was on.. widening of NC55, the extension of 540 from US64 to US1 were some of the other major ones I was involved in..for the latter, half went to Barnhill and half went to V&G, but both subbed us out for the asphalt work, which was probably due to the proximity of our asphalt plants - Gresham Lake, right off of Capitol and 540, and the Garner plant at Old Garner Rd. and Jones Sausage Rd. -
Croc knockoffs from Walmart.
