At school in Georgia, we were taught no, but I think that was a school policy, not a law.

I never do,and don't see the need to, But I'm on the clock and theres no rush with loaded hazmat tanks.

In the meantime, I just grin like an idiot at their Alaskan hello and try to make a little space for them to get by so there's not an accident.
But like others have said, it isn't wrong or illegal to make a right turn on red unless otherwise posted OR there's a right-turn signal. -
