John N Trucking..... The most racist Trucking company in South Louisiana

And the problem with that is what ??..lol..come on man, How can you prove they fired people just because they are black ? Do they say " Well we terminated you because your black? Tell us why they really fired you..

 

Why would they hire blacks in the first place, if they were gonna fire them for being black?
.... That's like saying "why did I get hit by a car just because I was playing on the highway"....am I missing something?

 

Being terminated for being black is against the law, trying not to judge you, if you have documented proof, you should contact a lawyer, other than that, it's your word against theirs, sometimes some people get angry when they've been let go, A guy I use to work with was terminated after 3 accidents in 10 months, they drug tested him and he failed, he claimed it's a false positive, so they allowed him to retest, failed again, he stated claiming "the company was purposely failing him just to fire him" even though the company is not the ones doing the testing, he was spreading that this company will give you a failed drug test if they don't want you there, but in the end, his failed drug test was just, he had been using meth... So? If you where just fired because of a mistake of your own and just upset over losing your job, spreading bad info isn't they way to go, best of luck where ever you end up

Yup. No ****, lol. This sounds more likely to be one of those "that's racist!" situations. I.e. I dropped two trailers, caused three preventable accidents, and sexually harassed a co-worker, and they fired me because I'm black. In this case...the driver wasn't fired BECAUSE he was black...he was fired and just happened to be black.

 

I am white, but I when I was in Missouri I found out that a lot of truckers are KKK. I can imagine they're down in Louisiana also. I am sick of crackers and poor white trash, and the trucking industry is full of them.
