That's what I heard also, but someone posted earlier about a possibility of detergent oils washing it off. I just mentioned the "washing off" since it had been brought up before. Even if it did or could wash off, that wouldn't explain how the Microblue went missing on the back side of the bearings. Now I'm interested to know if the cam bearings are stock or actually have the Microblue shown in the picture.

The outfit that does the coating has a proprietary process that bonds it into the crystal. Microsurface Corp isn't privy to what that PROPRIETARY process is. Sometimes I worry about you guys...
