If you're not happy here or dont find the forum useful for you,.... the door swings both ways.
HurstDavidlee and Irishman 67 Thank this. -
Correct. This forum is privately owned. The 1st amendment protects our right to speak our opinions about the government without being in fear of reprisal, and doesn't apply to a privately owned entity.
Add on edit: I believe this is what tsavory was trying to get across. I don't think hes arguing that his rights are being violated. -
I can promise you.. man to man... from what I have seen in private moderator disussions,.. most of the rules are weighed heavily and when possible, alternatives are sought out. Usually on popular sujects, the lessor of two evils is chosen for the better experience of all. Trying to be politically correct for all usually means someone will not be happy. Often on certain subjects (Emissions) TTR's hands are tied, else risk legal problems.
The staff here honestly do try to keep things fair for all. That has been my experience so far. Else I would not stay as a Mod if hidden agenda's and tactics were used directly against people for no reason. I have no reason to lie about this.

After tuning in to Kevin's show recently, it sounds like he's trying to reinvent himself as a relationship, weight loss expert. Lol

I have been around marine engines all my life. The only thing different in a marine engine is the freeze plugs are brass and the cam is a different grind most of the time so you have more low end torque.
When you assemble a marine engine you put in more piston ring end gap because the cylinders are under such a high load all the time.
other than that there is no difference unless he is talking a marine tune on the ECM.
Still all of that had nothing to do with why the motor failed. What an idiot.
Where did they mention that this was a marine assembly by Detroit? Got a link ?Last edited: Mar 23, 2015

I hope to get in b4 teh lock...

I remember when the ECM ban went down. They had a choice in the matter and chose wisely. TTR could have been in a legal situation because of the threads teaching how to get around regulations. It wasn't a popular decision, but ultimately the right one. The grass is still green, the sky is still blue, and no legal action against TTR.

I doubt KR will have better success in those 2 fields either.
His main test subject still is single since taking KR's expert instructions and his weight loss is,,, well,, I'll let y'all judge those results...
