i am thinking going the ffe route. i have some questions and am hoping somebody would be willing and have time to have a private message exchange. just a few questions. i don't really want to ask here because i've read plenty of dumb responses and smart remarks. if it comes down to it i'll just ask on here but maybe one of you out there is willing. hope to hear from some of you. preferably somebody that recently went through any company sponsored school or anybody knowledgeable in the subject. they're just very basic general questions. thanks in advance and thanks for reading

forgot to mention i'm in texas. i can't send pm's just yet. my question is about 3 year work verification. i have been very confused about the whole 3 years verification thing. i used to think it was a solid 3 years of work. i spoke a recruiter from some other company a couple years back and was told that i need 3 solid years of work. i recently spoke to an ffe recruiter and was told that i don't need 3 solid years. i was told to apply and include any work dates and accurately as possible and i will be sent a "gap letter" to explain any gaps. i have had 4 jobs in the past 3 years all 6 months or less with almost a year or less gap in between each. i have been unemployed for the past 3 or so months and spoke to this ffe recruiter maybe 3 weeks ago. i read another thread on here of a guy talking about how he doesn't have a ged and will decide to "go with swift". i'm in need of clarity. i'm very unsure if i meet any work related requirements

that's music to my ears sir. i appreciate it. my other question is generally how long is acceptance process? after applying, about how long would it take for them to get back at me, send a gap letter and get me on a bus to fort worth? i still have plenty of supplies to buy and am thinking they'll get a butt load of applications soon because the weather is clearing up in texas. i don't want to be overlooked and don't have everything i need just yet and would want to get there sooner than later. i don't want my current unemployment gap to get any bigger. thanks for readingChinatown Thanks this.

I don't know about the length of time to get into class. Some companies have a waiting list and some don't. Some will have you in class Monday morning and others you may have to wait a couple weeks. Once FFE approves you, then set up an orientation date with them. You can work that out with FFE.
Take care and welcome to your new career.dz45 Thanks this. -
