I don't think that is very COOL for them not to give you a reason. I think that is just wrong. I have been in the Army 21yrs and still in but looking at trucking as my next life. I looking at TMC along with others but I would think that any Company should give you a reason why they will not hire you so you can fix that for your next job interview/paperwork etc. Just flat out giving you no reason is not right.

 

Screw TMC, They did you a favor. Look into PI&I. Worked for them several years back. The company was great, too bad the customer sucked monkey butt at the time doing line haul and jumped ship ASAP . The Customer shut down years ago and good riddance, They were near you in Carmichaels.

But yeah check in with PI&I, They may still have the Union Side and Non Union Side.

Quikrete (concrete company) (they own Pavestone so if you dont have a Quikrete in your area try Pavestone)

they do flatbed. local and regional routes. $1000-$1400 a week depending on how hard you wanna work. Benefits are pretty good, 2 weeks vacation, 10 paid holidays off, big discounts on products.

They also dont pull your DAC report. Just MVR and background check.

And they hire new students fresh out of CDL school.
