Yeah Buddy
It is nice to stop there and have a little fun.
The local Native American tribe that owns the place have it figured out,Keep it clean, keep it affordable, and provide a service that some one wants. -
I liked Sky City because at 2am it was still easy parking. Fuel was cheap and the $5 for CDL holders was nice too! Only thing I didn't like was that they don't spread poker, so I'll probably be spending more time down at the Route 66 instead!

I will say they have a lot of parking and that's always good. Too bad we can't have more parking like that in some areas where we really need it.

I've been to sky city. It's very clean the food was great and I felt safe . Didn't see any shady characters around and that was in the middle of the summer. I use to be a black jack dealer in a casino and seen many people wreck their lives in casinos before I realized that business was not for me. I could have done without the casino at Sky City. If people knew just how bad the odds in these casinos were stacked against them they wouldn't spend dollar one in them. Funny enough people only tell you stories of how they win all this money. All these big casinos are not being built on people wining all the time but I am sure you can figure that out on your own... God bless !

I've been in there a bunch of times. Giving the "free" $5 is the smartest thing they ever did. I did win $1000 in there once and $1300 in there another time but I also spent $200 or more in there more times than I will admit. I got a great deal on a set of tarps one Saturday morning too from some guy who didn't know when to quit. I don't stop there or at any of those casinos along there anymore. The Petro about 20 miles west of there is fine for me. I like Speedys just over the line in AZ too. Fuel is usually cheaper there and its AZ so it helps out on IFTA . The little cafe inside is pretty good, I recommend the Navajo Taco. Just pick up some rolaids on the way out, you will need them later.

Anyone eaten here recently ? The quality of the food has gone down. Sad...used to be a nice stop.

Seems like it's hit and miss. Last time I stopped I got fajitas and they were excellent. Time before the food was barely mediocre.TruckDuo Thanks this.

Now I can confirm this pilot parking had an open field around the entire lot that has a path behind all the parking spots that is heavily walked on by crooks. Caught a tall black guy popping trailers open, he would walk to back pop seal, hop down on ground look under truck, pop back up open door, hop down again, then grab stuff if he could. He opened more than 20 trailers the night I was there, I caught him on number 20 after he woke me when I felt a jiggle on trailer but he didn't see my padlock on clasp, looked saw feet and did some recon. Got security on him after he popped a covenants trailers open, she had tissue paper lol nothing worthy. People had mentioned he works the lot during day as a polisher or something like that sniffing for info.

I used to visit this casino often, stopped going there to not lose money. Saw a guy clean out the roulette table bank twice one night and will never forget it. He kept talking about "Harley money now" then after awhile it became " Harley and Lincoln navigator money now".
