110 hp loss... Might be a few hp difference with the higher hp settings, as there is more friction on all the gears, but not that much.

I don't know how their programming works, all I know is I saw results with the PP. I also know someone that is running Bullydog on his whole fleet (he is now a dealer for them) and he has run PP in the past. He also agrees bigger gains with PP. But why he chose BD is the drivers can't change settings.
A PP run on full high setting all the time, will do damage. You have to be smart about their useage.

good luck with that, full high setting, even with the dummy proof system it has to shut down if it gets too hot it will melt an engine real, quick, level 7 is for competition use on engines modified to handle that kind of fuel because the only thing a PP box does is prolong the signal to the injectors at the end of the cycle thus creating the effect of retarding the timming and generating massif amounts of heat, guys that run those boxes in cometition have modified the mapping and timming curve to be able to handle that, and being a Cat engine, especially a stock acert that already has retarded timming its a recipe for a meltdown. BD is an actual file that changes the mapping and timming curve, and if a guy wanted more power or economy a phone call to them is all you need to get a custom tune...FOR FREE, i know this because i run a BD on my C15 acert, and i have yet to see a pp box get better fuel mileage on an acert then mine. as for power its got plenty

PP power boxs are soooo 10-15 years ago. No one with any smarts runs those anymore. They have been the root cause of many meltdowns. I've seen it first hand.

Gentlemen, while I personally like the direction the thread is going, it's starting to go outside that "gray" area that is prohibited here.
