If you're wanting to stay in Ohio and actually work, go with someone other than the big S. I'm seeing O-Tex around a lot more than Schlumberger. Also, Tetra (tetratech.com) is hiring, Performance Technologies (PTL frac) is in Canton and seems pretty busy, and FTS is working too.

it's not the trucking companies cutting rates and demurge it's the Trican's and Halliburton's out there, last I heard Pioneer was still paying detention not sure how long. Less frac going on and still ALOT of sand cans so they can play with the prices all they want.

A friend of mine said he worked a Haliburton well down around Contuella (?spelling) two weeks ago and they would pay no demurage until truck sit for 24 hrs.

I've had my eyes on FTS and Performance Technologies , No luck as far as any openings that I can find out.
I did just shoot O-tex a resume to see what I can hear back.

edit: I tried tetra's site. No sign of openings.
