If you want people to listen or take you serious then maybe you should explain what happened. Because just saying they did you wrong without saying what actually happened accomplishes nothing except make you look like a cry baby. So how about some facts and examples of what happened.

Average check a week starting out?
-
I'm not with Cheesman anymore but I can still answer that. It depends on how hard you are willing to run. But anywhere from 800 to 1300 a week is easily doable. My second week there I grossed just under 1400. But what I can do is not the same as what others can.

About the same I'm makin. Thanks sir.

Michael, per your other thread, you were never employed by Cheeseman. Orientation is a 3 day job interview and apparently you didn't pass. I have see guys sent home for failing their driving test or general attitude. If you weren't getting along with Chris after 3 days it's probably better you didn't work for us.

The usual but with lots of NYC...so not worth it.

YTD weekly average is $1081, that's a few $1500 weeks and a few $500 weeks. I take a lot of time off. With the raise we just got I expect it to be around $1130, hoping to make $60K next year. Haven't seen actual NYC in years, Long Island doesn't count and I go east every week.

Had thought about it until a buddy told me about NY runs...no thanks. Just curious...how many days a week do you work? Now if it hjas like 4 days a week out.... Might not be bad. Have to be home more with some things I am doing here at home.
-
I'll work 4 days one week, 5 the next, 3 the week after that, then I'll forget to request the weekend off and they'll make me work 6. 4 day weeks make trucking suck much less in the summer. I have a pool I still get to use.
The Patriot Thanks this. -
Also the NY runs are almost always Long Island, the worst you have to do is cross the GWB and fight traffic. The customers are easy to get to, not like delivering in Brooklyn.
