If you want to choose between JCT and Schneider I was approved by both. I went with Schneider because they have the load board and lots of discounts on fuel/parts.
You get an inventory of trucks "before " you get there.
Mercer has a new lease deal also with percentage that is doing pretty good.
But do a lot of research and take your time don't just jump because they don't get back with you in the time that you think that they should.
They take their time because some applications are more difficult than others.

    Opus and Newtrucker48 Thank this.

at Schneider you can take the truck elsewhere if it doesn't work out for you there. I believe you have to be up to date on your payments other than that I'm not positive.

Hey Jamaican express, couple months ago I was much like you in search of what could be the company that best fits my needs. I've look at Schneider and a few other companies, and then I found roadrunner!

Some of the positives are much like Schneider you can choose what you want for the area that you want to run from the load board. You get paid 70% of the freight and Hunter percent of the fuel surcharge. Road Runner owns 10 different companies and I went to work for Bruegner a refer company out of Wichita, KS. I personally have never run reefer, but if I don't like it here I'm welcome to take my truck and go to any one of the other 10 companies that road runner owns. In my opinion I found a pretty good deal.

    LifesAdrive and TDtrucks Thank this.
