Any violation given to the truck/driver goes against the Company and Drivers CSA score
-
Not a lot of points, that's right. You hopefully learned that no one else is responsible for your truck, your cargo, or your CDL. And never, I repeat NEVER, drive illegal equipment.
-
Glad to see you moving on from a company where no one can fix a headlight...wait...can you fix a headlight?
Holy cow.nshore harleyguy Thanks this. -
And you chose to drive it. Tickets are yours my friend
-
Did he inspect the truck and have you sign the inspection report?
If not, it won't appear on your CSA and these are just plain equipment failure tickets. Not a big deal either way but I agree with others, you are responsible for that truck 100% so they are your tickets. Next time refuse to drive the truck.
