Well i delivered this 42,000 pound box culvert today and have another one tomorrow only with the one for tomorrow I am at 14'8". Already loaded it this afternoon and had to dodge one low hanging cross walk light. At least there are no lights where I am going... LOL

You drive a cab over with a manual and pull an open trailer. You they consider a barbarian. You probably even know the Riddle of Steel.

So i show up and the Shipper says, "You're kinda overkill with that trailer. Is that a beam?"
It's not really that big...actually it's kinda little.
They said the crane weighed 55tons, oops they meant a 55ton crane!
It only weighs 75000lbs. It doesn't happen often, I'm actually UNDER 150,000 Gross!

northwest 1.JPG photo 2.JPG Spied this beautiful piece of machinery along I-5 north of Sacramento on my way to Ritchie Bros in Dunnigan. On the way back I just had to get a pic. I was thinking how nice this machine would look on "someones" NEW Trailking 11 axle unit..... The owner told me that many years ago this old workhorse suffered what the operator called "dipper stall" right in the middle of the dip cycle. It was put out to pasture. Literally.

There used to be a place in Ohio that had their own pit. They made brick and that's all they used at the time.
I took one in to them from Md. It was a dead unit.
This guy would buy them, fix them or use them for parts and then work them in their pits
