if its still loose and wont tighten then yes you need to replace it. it cant get a ground if it loose

I had the same problem but is just different location on leak.

 

Sashay could please tell what kind of sensor was loose, and where is it located, I have the same issues and same error codes on my 2012 volvo d13 engine in it. My truck rattles and shakes and has no power,(on any little hill), mpg is 5.2-5.4, 50/50 start engine problems,

Few bad injectors (just cups), and intercooler had few leaks.

 

Thanks Igor, but you know I don't know I had done with injectors 2 month ago and sounds like injectors again.

 

Very possible, friend of mine has 2011 volvo vnl670 d13 engine, and he had done injector replacement 2 times already at volvo dealer in period of 2.5 months, basically 3 trips to east coast to west coast and had to re due injectors. Luckily it was under the warranty .
