my last autoshift (not ultra shift) truck went 678K on the original clutch, and even then had at least 100K left on it, but the clutch brake was destroyed, at 978K when the truck was traded in the tranny was still going strong
If you converting a 3 pedal auto shift to a 3 pedal manual, the hole in the floor should already be there. I was told on my old autoshift, it would cost about $1,000 to $1,500 to convert it back to a manual, mostly that was parts.
Convert automatic to standard?

For those who think ultrashift can't be converted is mistaking it can and has been done I do it for a living it requires a bit of work but it's not too bad and have done this to a two pedal truck also

What is the cost of this converting? Ultrashift with no clutch pedal to manuel?

Why do people answer these questions when they dont know the answer? I see people saying "well you should just do this and I guess change this it will work". Its just ya think you got the answer and to find out that the answer was the furthest thing from correct. I just thing if you dont know FOR SURE you probably shouldnt post it. It just confuses things.

I have purchased a 2006 Volvo 780 10 speed auto 2nd gen ishift. An identical truck like mine has been converted to standard 10 speed in Spokane wa at the dealer. It costs around 2k to add a shifter and a pedal. I believe the rear transmission housing is also changed. I'll be doing the same soon. But before replacing parts make sure to replace all relays and clean all ecm and battery connections.
