Western Express

id look into maverick transportation. they have a refrigerated division although they prefer the term Temperature control division. my uncle works for them in their flatbed division and says they are really professional and from what i hear they have a good rep overall.

you're welcome and like duo said, don't settle. benefits are just as important as pay.

 

So if someone does have convictions, would you say Western Express would be a decent option?

 

Depends on what your definition of decent is. Plenty of info on this site about them. Denali Dad has written a great thread on them.

For those in this position....it's Western Express or Carolina Cargo. A guy had a thread about Carolina Cargo a few months back. He was making money there. Got paid 12 cpm.

 

I'd work for western before Carolina cargo but like they said do some research.
