...and the fenders aren't purple enough...

No longer the Ice Man...I've thawed out, finally! (Just brought a Titan Turbine out of San Diego, CA last week)

You'd be surprised...I usually do wear shorts and sandals once I'm loaded and rolling down the road. And I've been known to occasionally throw a lil extra riggin or make adjustments in said sandals...but never flip-flops!

The grime has been left in a couple of different truck washes. Trailer is all unloaded, and stacked up in the yard beside my shop waiting for a mission...

30 years ago, in the early 80s, my co worker & I hauled some crane boom section back into an equipmental yard in south LA. While unloading, a nearly new International Transport Co. KW conv. with a big sleeper & what appeared to be a brand new Cozad triple 16 steerable rolled gently into the yard with a 773. We had never seen a steerable before so we were watching close as the driver pulled up straight to break down. The gray haired driver opened his door & stepped out & took off his SLIPPERS! Then while his wife & poodle watched, he put on his coveralls, work boots & hat & went to work. I was impressed!! Then finally 25 years later when I hauled a couple loads up to Montana, I took my slippers with me. When a man drags chains for a living I figure he is entitled to wear whatever he #### well pleases in his truck.
