don hummer trucking

i just wanted to say that i ended training with don hummer trucking not because of the company not making promises and breaking them and they have not broken any it was the fact i could not back up a trailer and due to the fact they do not have the trainers to be able to work one on one with the new guy and i had a talk with the safety guys and we both agreed as to me going else where for awhile and get the training and experiance then i could come back

as far as that goes i still would reccomend don hummer trucking as company to go with as they do treat you well and get ya the newest possible trucks in the fleet

 

i have been driving trucks that are owned by farmers and i never had to back in to anything to unload corn and cattle or what ever i was hauling so there for it is a skill that anyone can forget if they dont do it and just an fyi i am not trying to fight with you or anyone else i am just saying why it did not work out with don hummer trucking but i will not bash them in anyway shape or form they gave me a chance and i took but it was me 100% that was getting uptight and #####y with my trainer and i know all it is not being in a rush and remembering to turn the wheel oposite of the way you want the trailer to move

and thats why i am going somewhere else for the exp.
