There's icons for cops, accidents, disabled vehicles, etc that users click as they pass by.

So yet another app that distracts drivers from keeping their eyes on the road?
And worse, tempting them to text while driving to report such 'useful' information as to where a cop might be?
I don't worry about cops a mile in front of me, or right behind me, because I drive LEGAL!
I look ahead to keep me informed, and use my CB for other useful information.spax, striker, MachoCyclone and 9 others Thank this. -
Agreed. I tried it...to much of a distraction for me.striker, Canned Spam, Bob Dobalina and 2 others Thank this.
-
Yeah, I agree with you guys about the distraction. I'm new to this, and not even through the training yet, so the last thing that I want or need is something that could distract me from mastering this new challenge.
Blackshack46 and Bob Dobalina Thank this. -
I'll just use the cb and radar detector you know old school.
rocknroll81, truckon and Vilhiem Thank this. -
good looking i do 62 on the highway the last thing i need is barney fife pulling me over and giving me a reckless driving ticket

No telling how many bird dogs I have lost, or will loose in the future. They are getting higher. It blows me away that a cell phone app is believed to be better than channel 19
OLDSKOOLERnWV, truckon and poppapump1332 Thank this. -
You guys who say its a diatraction obviously havent used it. Its no more destracting then a gps. You dont have to report anything on the app. You can just use it to see what people report. Its live data and very helpful for avoiding traffic jams. Ive seen too many trucks switch lanes at the last min to avoid cars or trucks on the shoulder. Its better to know a mike in advance. Unless you guys wonna stay old school and pull out a 4x4 paper map.
