I think the better question is, why do YOU DENY this stuff????

I was saying right along, WITHOUT the Prime website saying so..!

and YOU were doubting me?

How can you DENY what's in print and served up cold to you??

Guess I've been around a while to be able to read between the lines, huh..??

Some day, maybe perhaps when you have enough "seat time" like the rest of us, you too will be able to read between the lines.???

 

I can't find the link but last summer someone had posted a link to Primes website that listed the bonus a lease driver got for signing up new/company driver to a lease. After a certain amount, Prime covered the lease ops whole year of payments. That's a good motivator.

I'm guessing now it's on the portion of Primes website for lease ops that requires a username and password.

 

There is a referral program that let's a lease driver get a free truck for a year but it doesn't apply to referring company drivers to lease it is for referring non prime employees to prime and they don't have to go lease they get the same bonus for referring ppl to be company drivers .... that referral program does not apply here because the op is already a prime employee

 

WE KNOW the o/p is already a Prime employee.

What I have stated is that the CURRENT l/o (that is ALSO a trainer) gets a bonus ABOVE the bonus for referring a newbie (student driver) INTO the l/o deal end of Prime. Otherwise, why would a l/o take a chance on some hemorioidal newbie student driver grind his gears and maybe scratch his truck?

Otherwise, as I have stated, it makes no sense for a current l/o to try and "push" a NEW student driver into the program.

Now as far as I know, I speak, read and understand English, If anyone had a problem UNDERSTANDING my English, then that is NOT my problem.

A "hiring referral bonus" IS NOT what any of us were referring to, but a bonus to get some schmuck to get into a l/o deal. And it WILL BE above the amount of a bonus, a driver-trainer gets for "just training" a newbie.

 

Well I am a lease op at prime and a trainer at prime and I assure you my bonus for training a guy is the same we ther they go lease or company !!!!!

I'm telling first hand facts .. your plain English is hear say

 

Then you don't have the same plan as the other guy has. Each time anew contract is written, there can be and are changes to make it so appealing to get some schmuck to sign his life away on that proverbial dotted line.

Now, maybe that other l/o has been around longer than you and he has an older contract, where he gets that extra bonus. Or maybe he's newer than you and changes were made to attract him, have you even ever considered that?

But then again, it was right here in plain English, and in black and white, what Prime pays bonuses for. You still deny that, why?

 

Because prime does not pay bonuses for convincing someone to sign a lease !!!!

The only link that was posted was about the referral program for referring new drivers to prime inc wich you said a few posts ago that you weren't talking about maybe you should go reread the link it's about referring drivers to prime not referring prime driver to a lease . I'm done it is clearly in your head that you know alot about a company that you don't work for
