Stopped at the Tularosa Travel Center in Tularosa, NM, with -15 min on my 11 thanks to that construction delay. But paper logs make it all work out. I'm a mere 2 hours from El Paso and normally I'd just sneak in but they asked me to deliver this to the customer so no point in me going home only to have to drag my ### back to the yard to drop this load.

Glad I wasn't cut back due to idling, was running 69 mph whenever I could, lmao.

 

Passed 3 big trucks coming down. Conway, Stevens and a no name Cali fleet truck. People if you can't or won't do the speed limit, at least ride as far right as possible so faster trucks can get a good look.

 

I've had days like that. It's been a long time though.....

I laugh at how bad I was at backing in the beginning and by no means judge but at the same time when the spotter...who I assume is the trainer can't help him out it kinda sad. I mean he was literally just standing behind the truck moving his hands in circles.
