New update on swift... I stayed out two months from hire date, on the load that's getting me home the shipper says swift told me to be here at the wrong time. I'm 6 hours early and burning my clock. Swift told me to be here at 1200, shipper says 1930. No one at swift knows anything or cares to find out.

I was supposed to be home tomorrow. I'm still 900 miles away with no one willing to pick up the phone and figure out what's going on... just fyi, I'm platinum ranked. It's not like I sit around and turn down loads all day.

    Thank swift

There are some. Actually Swift has a "Diamond Driver" and those people are making good income. Swift just doesn't give it away, they have a timeframe that's tough but fair.

The time frame to be diamond is 9 months. Any otr driver can be diamond whether they have driven for swift for 5 years, or 9 months. I don't really see how that's tough but fair. Tough is being able to put with Swifts nonsense and less than motivated staff. I would say it's fair. Kind of stupid but I'll say fair.

Platinum driver ? Diamond driver ? What what what......this is freaking hilarious.

So I take it 10+ years means your a pale stool driver. :bootyshake:

Who prides themselves on a title that you get simply for being employed and not on merit.

Dale thompson and pete1 Thank this.

No I'm pretty sure 10+ doesn't make you a pale stool driver? Whatever that means. Pale stool? Do you undestand the meaning of those two words?

It's not about pride it's about money.

    Platinum, diamond, pale stool.....it's pointless.

Instead of paying a marketing team to come up with silly titles, how about Swift pay their drivers more. Then again they know some drivers will drink that platinum kool-aid right up. :binky:

If it's really about money then why are you beating your chest like a gorilla announcing to the world your "platinum" o_O

    pete1 Thanks this.

I'm not beating my chest announcing anything to the world. I'm stating so that other swift drivers who read this thread that wish to help or give advice understand what kind of driver I am. If you don't have anything helpful or positive to respond with or talk about you are more than welcome to go read someone else's thread. I haven't done or said anything that should've implied something to you to leave negative comments here.

Your absolutely right. I apologize. Your platinum status has earned you your worth in the trucking kingdom. I humbly bow before you and bask in your platinum greatness.

Oh lord.....somebody can't have fun on here

Driver I'm not attacking you. Just making fun of these silly titles Swift comes up with. Loosen up a little.
